Relational Intelligence is the human capacity to remain coherent, present, and truthful in relationship
with oneself, with others, with technology, and with life especially under emotional load, uncertainty, and change.

At its core, relational intelligence governs:
how meaning is formed,
how emotions are regulated,
how trust is built and repaired,
how identity remains stable in connection.

AI, social media, and speed-driven communication have amplified:
Most modern mental-health distress does not arise from lack of intelligence or information. It arises from relational overload without relational capacity.
